Distilled in 1991, just two years before the distillery's closure, and bottled with an outturn of only 481 bottles, this is a rare drop indeed!

Nose: Redcurrants and strawberry coulis, burnt sugar, and cracked black pepper.
Palate: Vanilla extract and toasted almonds, custard creams, sherried sultanas, and dates.
Finish: Cinnamon and oak spice, tinned pears, pastel de nata.
