Sherried Caol Ila single malt, independently bottled by Càrn Mòr. This one was distilled on Islay in 2010 and matured in a apir of sherry hogsheads for 8 years, before being bottled in 2018 for the Strictly Limited range. 810 bottles were produced.

Nose: Peanut butter, smoked barley, sesame seed and honeyed cereal.
Palate: Orange rind and sultana, balanced by hints of cut grass and earthy peat.
Finish: Brine, camphor and mint chocolate.

Built in 1846, Caol Ila is the largest of the eight working distilleries on the island of Islay (situated off the west coast of Scotland), with a production capacity of 3 million litres per year.
