The Dalmore Constellation Collection brings together the complete spectrum of vintages from the years 1964-1992 for the very first time. Created by Master Distiller Richard Paterson, this collection of single casks is highly sought after by collectors around the globe. Distilled in 1973 and matured for 32 years in American white oak, before a being finished for three years in an ex-Cabernet Sauvignon French oak cask, followed by a final three years in an ex-bourbon barrel.

Nose: Apple blossom, forest fruits, blackcurrants, fleshy plums and crème brulee.
Palate: Fleshy grape pulp, citrus peel, juicy raisins and spicy marzipan with whispers of cranberries, succulent black cherries and Muscatel.
Finish: Lingering.

"The Dalmore" Distillery is located in Alness, which is 20 miles North of Inverness. It sits on the banks of the Cromarty Firth overlooking the Black Isle, the "big meadowland", from which it takes its name.
