This whiskey is made from 100% malted barley, which is then aged for a minimum of five years in both ex-bourbon casks and Oloroso sherry butts. The result is an exceptionally smooth and complex whiskey with notes of caramel, toffee, honey, and dried fruits, balanced by a subtle smoky undertone.
