"Funky Drummer is Doc Swinson’s blend of two five-year rye whiskeys that have had a long break in some seriously funky Jamaican rum casks (look up dunder pits if you want some fun info!). These casks are full of tropical fruit flavors that marry nicely with the heavy rye spice. It took some serious time locked away to get these flavors to play nicely together, but when they did... woah, ain’t it funky! Grab a bottle and bring on the juice!"

Our story is a bit unconventional, because we never intended on making a whiskey brand. Our team was developing other people's spirits before Doc Swinson's was born. Doc Swinson's evolved from a pet project. Our collection started in 2017 with 10 casks, a small warehouse, and a love for blending and finishing.
