This single cask rum was made by Fernandes distillers in Trinidad. Distilled in March 1999, this was matured for 21 years and then bottled at cask strength by Hunter Laing as part of its indie Kill Devil series. There was an outturn of 249 bottles in total.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.

Palate: Lots of oak character, toasted wood with tannic depth, spicy molasses, and dark sugar combine with roasted coffee beans, oaky vanilla, and background tropical fruits.

Finish: Rich and smooth.
