Detailed Description
Distilled by Mike Williams at the Tennessee Distilling Co. from a mash containing 80% corn, 10% rye and 10% malted barley, was subjected to the "charcoal mellowing" process and then spent three years in new, fired barrels. The first batch presented here (Batch No. 1) was composed of 20 barrels.
