Detailed Description
The Kilchoman Distillery has gone and bottled up a new Small Batch release! The previous releases (check out #1 and #2) in this series have been well-received, so we're expecting more excellent Islay whisky here. Batch No.3 has been drawn from a selection of bourbon, Oloroso sherry, and even Sauternes wine casks, resulting in a complex flavour profile blending the smoky single malt with wafts of dried fruit, vanilla, and a vibrant Sauternes sweetness.

Nose: BBQ lemon, ripe mango, oat cakes, vanilla pod.
Palate: Smoke begins to build on the palate, kept in check by green apple and honey.
Finish: A few festive spice hints on the finish.
