Distilled from Fife barley, this single malt spent six years maturing in a sherry butt, yielding a total outturn of 870 bottles. The distillery was only founded in 2014, so this is a great chance to discover what it's been up to in its first decade.

Nose: Refreshing aroma.

Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.

Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
