This edition of La Diablada Pisco is made entirely from Italia grapes. Distilled and then rested for two years, this is a classic pisco that works well in a Sour.

Nose: Elegant and floral with a touch of herbaceous basil.

Palate: Fruit starts to come through clearer on the palate, with fresh grapes.

Finish: Spicy with black pepper.
