Another amazing mezcal here from the Mezcal Vago range, this time made using the Tobalá agave varietal. Crafted by mezcalero Emigdio Jarquín Ramirez in El Nanche, Miahuatlán, the notoriously touch to cultivate Tobalá agave is crushed by a stone tahona and and distilled in a copper refrescador still.
