This is a Tobalá-agave based blanco mezcal from the Mezcales de Leyenda, distilled by 4th generation mezcalero Don Aaron in Puebla, Mexico. The folks behind Mezcales de Leyenda do great work to promote smaller spirit producers, with a lot of care and attention to environmental responsibility and social sustainability, which is awesome.
