Mijenta’s Symphony Series explores the elegance of barrel aging using unique casks built from staves of different wood varieties. This reposado is matured for approximately 8 months in symphony barrels crafted from oak sourced from Minnesota, Missouri, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.

Nose: Well-balanced aromas of cooked agave, vanilla, caramel, and banana, with hints of citrus fruits, herbs, and almonds.

Palate: Agave, vanilla, caramel, and banana lead the way, followed by chocolate, almond, mint, and spices like cardamom and clove.

Finish: Impressive length on the finish, very unique and complex.

Mijenta Tequila's story centers around community, sustainability, and artisanal production in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. The distillery, founded by Mike Dolan and Ana María Romero Mena, a respected Maestra Tequilera, is dedicated to preserving traditional methods and local culture.
