Monluc | Vin Sauvage Blanc de Blancs Brut - NV

Here's an unusual wine. It's made using the Champagne method but in South West France. Lively on the palate, with a slight lemony nuance, this cuvée offers us a fine and creamy bubble which coats the palate without being aggressive.

Located in Saint-Puy in the Gers, Château Monluc has belonged to the Lassus family since 1961. Monluc is an essential domain in Gascony. Château Monluc was built on the remains of a 13th century castle. It is the paternal home of the writer and man-at-arms Blaise de Monluc, inventory of the rapier. The Château has now become the birthplace of a famous aperitif: the Pousse-Rapière.
