This rum is distilled using direct-fire pot stills from molasses sourced from the Caribbean. It then spends at least 3 years in ex-bourbon barrels before being bottled at 90 proof.

Nose: The nose is mineral with a touch of funky hogo.
Palate: On the palate you'll find spice, vanilla, and caramel.
Finish: A long and smooth finish with oak, figs, dried cherries, and hints of nuts.
