Jimmy red corn is the most remarkable corn that we have ever worked with. Nutty, sweet and mineralic, the fermented mash produces a 3 inch thick cap. Distilled on the grain and blended back for a creamy mouthfeel. Aged for a minimum of 2 years.

The 2018 release of Jimmy Red Bourbon occurred on December 1st of which only a few limited number of our beautiful ceramic bottles produced by Le Creuset are available. Here is your opportunity to have this limited edition collectors item.

Nose: Nutmeg and toffee.

Palate: Earthy, smooth, with a silky character.

Finish: Notes of cherry, vanilla, and cinnamon, tobacco and caramel.
