This bottle of Olde St. Nick Infinity Cask Whiskey was created here at our family distillery in Bardstown, drops from our vintage barrels, a little of this and that, 4-19 yrs old replenished over time. Non-chill filtered and ever-changing, it’s a fun project we share with friends.
Olde St. Nick Infinity Cask Whiskey 4-19 year Tasting Notes
Nose: Full-bodied aromas. Delightful and refreshing.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: The finish is quite unique, rich and long lasting.

The Old St Nick legend has taken on a life of its own with the advent of the internet, many claiming inside information, or knowledge about who first developed the product and why, it’s original pedigree, the source of its bourbons, and the story behind the eclectic style.
