This Extra Anejo 100% Blue Agave Tequila coming from the highlands of Jalisco and being aged for 4 years in used whiskey and Cognac Barrels has given this tequila a unique semi sweet tate and wonderful flavors, of vanila, cherries and hazelnut. Each bottled is individually numbered, the color reddish from the french cognac.

Par 72 Elegance Extra Anejo Tequila Tasting Notes
Nose: Smells of big dusty oak, and vanilla-custard greet you as you bring this tequila to your nose. Baked green apple dusted with cinnamon, salted caramel, and rich roasted agave round out the aroma.
Palate: The flavors are both sweet and spicy with caramel and vanilla flavors mingling with a cacophony of baking spices. Cherries and hazelnut with hints of spicy Mexican dark chocolate are also present.
Finish: The finish is Perfect for sipping.
