Penelope Architect “SoCal Coastal” is a Private Select release crafted from Penelope’s four-grain straight bourbon and finished with French oak staves. The Architect series is known for its collaboration with Tonnellerie Radoux, whose oak staves are designed to shape precise layers of sweetness, structure, and toasted complexity.

Nose: Caramelized sugar, toasted French oak, vanilla custard, and warm pastry notes.

Palate: Soft waves of crème brûlée, honeyed oak, scorched caramel, and subtle baking spice.

Finish: Long, sweet, and toasty with lingering vanilla bean, charred oak, and warm spice.
