Nose: Dark cherry, seasoned oak, leather, pipe tobacco, and caramel with hints of baking spice and roasted coffee.

Palate: Full-bodied and layered with brown sugar, dried fruit, dark chocolate, rye spice, toasted oak, and rich caramelized sweetness balanced by mature barrel depth.

Finish: Long and warming with lingering oak tannin, tobacco leaf, cherry, cocoa bitterness, and peppery spice.

The Remus Repeal Reserve series is produced at the historic Ross & Squibb Distillery in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, formerly widely recognized under the MGP name. Inspired by legendary Prohibition-era figure George Remus, the annual release commemorates the repeal of Prohibition in 1933 and has become one of the most respected modern sourced-and-blended bourbon series in America. Each edition uses a unique combination of older high-rye bourbon mashbills, often incorporating rare well-aged barrels to create a profile distinct from previous releases. By the time of Series X, the lineup had earned a reputation for delivering mature Indiana bourbon character with exceptional balance between oak richness, dark fruit complexity, and signature rye spice.
