55-gallon new American oak for a minimum of 4 years is mingled in a small batch with older bourbon. Then a second maturation in French Oak Casks for 3 to 6 months – Merlot and Chardonnay Casks washed in Aged Brandy. Aged Brandy distilled by Long Island Spirits from local wineries.Blending: After each batch is blended, we marry them into brandy-washed wine barrels for the marriage of the whiskies as well as added character.

Nose: Floral to the nose.

Palate: Smooth and well-rounded sweet flavor with hints of caramel, vanilla.

Finish: Wonderful warm finish.

The distillery is home of LiV Vodka, and is surrounded by 5,000 acres of potato farms, in the heart of the acclaimed wine region on the North Fork of Long Island.
