Nose: Peaty smoke struts with vanilla and shortbread. Almonds mix with chewy meringue. Blood orange stirs with burnt sugar. And barbecued pineapple brings a surprise move.

Palate: Tasting notes also include toffee, lime and peaches.

Finish: A long, sweet finish with heat.
