This whisky is an independent bottling of a single cask of whisky distilled in 1999 and bottled in 2020. It is matured in a single cask of ex-bourbon, which has given it a light golden color with a nose of dried fruits and vanilla. On the palate, the whisky has a sweet and fruity flavor with notes of honey, toffee, and oak. The finish is smooth and slightly dry, with a lingering note of spice. This whisky is sure to please fans of single cask whisky and would make a great addition to any collector's shelf.
