Nose: Surprisingly funky and herbaceous, a chamomile lawn with marjoram, thyme, banana mint, sorrel, freshly cut grass, clay, lemons, pistachio ice cream, croissants, salted butter and hair fixative.

Palate: A dirty farm funk with grass, wake, brick dust, light herbaceous smoke, rye, prickly pear cactus jam, currants, cherries, honey and smoked duck with cranberry sauce.

Finish: Olive oil infused with sage, thyme and marjoram.
