Vermont Ice Maple Bourbon Crème is part of their collection of craft distilled cream liqueurs. Every spring at the Boyden Estate, a 100% pure maple syrup is produced and then wood fired. While still hot and straight off the wood fired evaporator, the maple syrup is then filled into bourbon barrels to rest for 6 months. When it's fully matured, the Boyden family blends the bourbon barrel aged maple syrup with 5-year-old bourbon and fresh heavy cream, resulting in an amazingly flavorful, smooth and complex profile.
