        Reviews:

        • Wine Advocate: The color is dense ruby/purple and the wine shows classic crème de cassis notes along with some floral underpinnings, deep raspberry and a touch on minerality. Good crisp acidity provides focus and uplift through this wine’s other exuberant and concentrated component parts.
        • James Suckling: Aims high, delivering a potent, tightly focused core of mocha-laced dark berry, cedar, vanilla, licorice and dried, savory herb. Gains weight, depth and length as the momentum builds.

This strong, feminine personality recalls the charisma of Odette, a woman who appears throughout history, literature and dance. Odette's Winemaker Jeff Owens seeks to harness the strong character of the terroir in order to craft wines that are both bold and elegant. The estate is set on 45 acres, planted mainly to Cabernet Sauvignon.
