The Dobogó Winery was founded in 1995 by the Zwack family, with which one of Izabella's childhood dreams came true. Apart from Izabella Zwack, Pincészet Winery is currently owned by winemaker Attila Domokos. In the word "Dobogó" you can hear the hooves of horses returning from the vineyards, but the word also means a heartbeat. Their vineyards are located in a total area of 5 hectares in the heart of Tokaj-Hegyalja, in the most famous historic vineyards of Mád. Their most important goal is to show Hungary and the world the fresh, vibrant, exciting face of Tokaj not only in terms of aszús, but also dry wines, while remaining faithful to the excellent traditions of the wine region dating back hundreds of years. The winery has been cultivating grapes and making wines since 2003, identifying with a true-to-nature approach.
