        Reviews:

        • Wine Advocate: The 2020 Bourgogne Aligoté En Coulezain is a fine follow-up to the superb 2019, exhibiting notes of crisp green apple, pear, freshly baked bread and white flowers. Medium to full-bodied, layered and incisive, with tangy acids and chalky structuring extract, it concludes with a long, saline finish. More tightly wound than its immediate predecessor, it will reward at least a year or two of bottle age.

          Producer Information

The company was founded in 2019 by Catharina Sadde and her husband Guilhem. She, a former chef in love with wine, studied enology and viticulture and subsequently completed her experience in prestigious fields such as Domaine Comte de Vogue, Domaine de la Romanée Conti or the Domaine des Epeneaux. Catharina's philosophy is to work in the most ecological way possible and to use certain principles of biodynamics. In the cellar the vinifications take place without the addition of sulphites (except on Aligoté and Beaune for the 2019 vintage), and a very light dose of sulfur is added to the bottling. Catharina is working hard on the use of sulfur and how to one day produce wines without added sulfur. We are happy to present you its first vintage, with one certainty: here we are dealing with a future big name in Burgundy.
