This gin is a creation of Agricolo, a company that was established in the 1980s in a small town called, Castelvetrano, Sicily. Agricolo is a family owned company that has remained rooted in the traditions of the area. The distillation process is one of the oldest methods of making liquor and it is still used by Agricolo. This is a dry gin with a light citrus aroma and a taste that is clean and crisp.
