After the significant success of Bain'S Cape Mountain, the company offered several issues in the premium segment. Bain's 10 years old is an offer for Travel Retail customers. After three years of undergraduate study in first-fill bourbon barrels, the whiskey was sent back to fresh bourbon barrels for another two years, and finally another five years were spent in American oak barrels after Shiraz. The limited edition (4,650 bottles) presented here will go on sale in 2022. James Sedgwick Distillery was founded in 1886 and is currently part of the Distell Group, a majority stake in which was acquired in the fall of 2022 by Heineken.
