Created by the brothers Martin and Andy Dawson in the late 1990s, Broker's is blended to be dry - just like the British sense of humour. A very clean gin with a mixture of liquorish and citrus notes.

Broker's Gin Tasting Notes

Nose: Very herbal, and almost medicinal but in a very good way.

Palate: Crisp and very dry, green oak, tree sap, parsley, lavendar soap and juniper.

Finish: Long and bittering with sweet spices and berries.

Distillery Information

The distillery is located near Birmingham, England and is over 200 years old. There had previously been a brewery on the site, but this was converted to a distillery at a time when gin-making became more profitable than beer-making.The distillery uses only traditional pot stills. Continuous distillation using column stills is more efficient and is used by the major brands, but pot stills are better for extracting maximum flavour from the botanicals in a traditional hand-crafted fashion.
