Nose: (sample batch 63, bottle No. 11) Clear but with very fine white particles in suspension. Palate: Pungent piney juniper with zesty pink-grapefruit, orange and lemon. Subtle notes of celery, sage and parma violet. Finish: Clean, characterful classic London dry gin with attractive parma violet orris, rooty liquorice, zesty citrus and enlivening black peppery spice. The distillery is based just off Fleet Street and is the first to open in the City of London in over 200 years. The distillery houses two copper stills which they use for producing their Gin and Vodka, and opens as a bar in the evenings.City of London Dry Gin Tasting Notes
