Nose: Sweet, vegetal malt, creamy grist, and sawdust are joined by olive brine, shellfish, and some pebbly minerality.

Palate: Sweet notes of salted caramel and oily melted butter are backed by nutmeg, peppercorns, and gentle, earthy peat smoke.

Finish: Coastal notes linger, with driftwood, a touch of brine, rich oak, and warming pepper.
