Espresso Martini Recipe 30ml Wyborowa Vodka 30ml St. George NOLA Coffee Liqueur 30ml Fresh espresso shot (optional: sugar, to taste) Fill a shaker with ice, add the vodka and coffee liqueur, and stir. Then add the freshly-made espresso shot (you can let it cool a bit, but don't lose that crema!) and hard shake! Shake, shake, shake it for over half a minute, putting plenty of effort in! Finally, strain into your shiny new retro stemmed glass. Garnish with a coffee bean or three if you have them and are feeling fancy. Top tip: Whack your glass in the freezer before you start doing anything else so it's good and cold by the time you need it.
