Nose: Heaps of tropical fruit with sweet dried mango and juicy pineapple are joined by creamy vanilla and sweet, herbaceous waves of hibiscus.

Palate: Soft plums, mango, papaya, creamy, with oaken vanilla and vegetal, briny notes beneath.

Finish: Drying oak brings peppery warmth as that delicate brine lingers.
