This really blew me away. I got hit by this huge wave of coconut and sweetness on the nose at first and then all the usual bourbon notes, but with the woody ones really ramped up to full power and the usual spicey notes toned down which I found really nice, then on the palate all these dark, bitter notes turned up. This is a very interesting and complex drink and definitely one to be savored.
