Fast-forward to 2010, Dixon Dedman decided to reignite the Kentucky Owl brand that was created by his great-great-grandfather many moons ago. The whiskey itself is made with casks sourced from various distilleries and blended by Dixon, and is bottled at cask strength, resulting in a full-bodied flavour profile.
