Sweet and rich on the nose with aromas of orange blossom, toffee, and apricot jam. Black tea, orange, brown butter, and dates on the palate. Notes of sandalwood round out a dry and lingering finish. Aged over eight years in new, 53 gallon, charred oak barrels. 60% corn, 20% heirloom wheat, 10% heirloom rye, 10% heirloom malted barley.
