Just like the series name suggests, this one has persevered through 11 years of maturation after being distilled in 2007, resulting in a poised and elegant flavour profile boasting clotted cream, sponge cake, perfumed apple and ginger. An ideal spring sipper.

Nose: Full-bodied aroma.

Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice.

Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
