The edition presented here is the content of one sherry cask filled in 1965, when this young distillery increased the number of alembics to three. After 36 years, its contents translated into 516 bottles. Each whiskey from the Old & Rare series is bottled in the cask strength version (in this case 49.2% abv) and without cold filtration.
