This is a molasses base rum distilled in a copper Savalle column still. It has aged 6-years from which 4 years of aging in ex-French oak barrels. This Bottle will make a fine addition for to any rum lover.

Nose: Surprising, on honey and curry.

Palate: "We are marked by the woody and fatty notes, tobacco."

Finish: Long, warming finish.

Maison Ferroni 's roots go back to Marseille at the end of the 18th century, when the Phocaean city, along with Bordeaux and Le Havre, was one of the main ports of arrival for colonial goods. Among these exotic products was, of course, rum, which many merchants made popular at the time.
