An exceptional Jamaican rum, distilled in 2011 in a Forsyth copper pot still – which may provide you with a clue as to which specific distillery on the island it came from! This expression was distilled from molasses in 2011 and allowed to mature for 10 years, the first three in the tropical climate where it originated, followed by seven years in the cooler climes of Europe. This offers exquisite depth with tropical fruit and spice galore, and the classic high ester character of a quintessential Jamaican rum.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.

Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.

Finish: Long, delicate and complex.
