Traditional slow-baking brick ovens and autoclaves are used to cook the blue agave hearts, as well as traditional mills to extract the juices from the finest blue agave. All water is processed through an ultra-modern system of reverse osmosis, de-ionization, and ultra violet lights. This unique process results in an extremely smooth, clean and refined tequila.

Muerto Plata ("silver") tequila is their un-aged expression... they suggest looking for a "hint of lime in the flavor profile. Muerto tequilas ("death" tequila, inspired by the Dia de los Muertos or Day of the Day) is made to celebrate life and death, symbolized by the stylized skull on the bottle. Their goal is to provide a high-end, premium vodka at an affordable price. They use a traditional brick oven to bake the agave and pot still batch processing for their distillation.

Nose: Smooth, ample and with a seductive aroma with persistent notes of Agave.
Palate: Subtle cooked agave taste and hints of citrusy sweetness.
Finish: Fairly long finish.
