Nose: "Full blown Cinnamon aroma."
Palate: "Natural cinnamon fills the mouth with a an explosion of cinnamon with a back kick of spice and everything nice."
Finish: "Natural yet strong. Long, lingering and balanced finish which can be quite sinful."
Distillery Information
Established in 1858, the Nellie Collins Whiskey clan have been brewing their Tennessee family recipe for six generations. The family started out as corn farmers by day and whiskey distillers by night and they are proud to continue their familys proud tradition.
