Pike Creek 21 Year Oloroso Cask Finish continues Dr. Don Livermore’s mastery of barrel finishes. This time the doctor has prescribed a finishing in Spanish oloroso sherry casks after its initial 21 years of maturation.

Nose: It has very pleasant and lovely aromas.

Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.

Finish: Long, warming finish.

Distillery Information

Originally launched in 1998 as part of the Canadian Whisky Guild (a collection of super premium Canadian whiskies just slightly ahead of its time), the brand was relaunched by Corby in 2012. Originally finished in Port barrels, there was a move to finish it in Rum barrels in starting 2016.
