Port Chilkoot Distillery is proud to introduce the first ever absinthe distilled in the United States. Green Siren Absinthe is a traditional absinthe that is distilled in the Val-de-Travers region of Switzerland. It is made with wormwood, anise, and fennel, all of which are harvested locally in Southeast Alaska. The result is a unique and flavorful absinthe that will bring the feeling of Europe to the American South. Green Siren Absinthe is an homage to the historic Port Chilkoot Distillery, the first distillery in Southeast Alaska.

Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: Light, Fruit, Grain, Citrus, Balanced.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
