The aging was done in Bielle’s “Chai Paradis”. It is an exceptional marriage between the wood and the rum. It is also the first ever rum to be aged in Chambord wood.

Nose: It has very pleasant and lovely aromas.

Palate: On the palate it is very elegant, rich and full-bodied.

"Bielle is located on the island of Marie Galante, also called the island of 100 mills. The story of Bielle goes back to 1769 when Jean-Pierre Bielle then cultivates the coffee, his sons will then associate in 1826 to create a refinery-candy of 53ha."
