What we do know is that it comes from Barbados and has enjoyed 21 years of maturation before being bottled up at 52.6% ABV. The Boutique-y Rum team on the label look pretty excited about it!

Nose: Caraway, honeycomb, menthol, quite oily at points.

Palate: Black tea, cherry, tangy plum, almond, and leafy green notes.

Finish: Liquorice, subtle floral brightness, and ginger.

Distillery Information

First there was That Boutique-y Whisky Company, and it was good (there are awards to prove it). Then there was That Boutique-y Gin Company, which was also good (again, they have awards for proof). Now, they’ve introduced That Boutique-y Rum Company in to the mix! Just like its siblings, That Boutique-y Rum Company is an independent bottling range showcasing some incredible spirits - this time of the rum variety. With a focus on giving you access to delicious rum with no confusing gibberish, the range features rum from all around the globe, including legendary producers, closed distilleries and even a few unusual treats. As ever for Boutique-y bottlings, these handsome devils all boast excellent artwork on their labels with in-jokes and anthropomorphised dogs galore.
