It has been released as part of the Growing Wings series, bottled up at a hefty 64.9% ABV, and presented in stylish 35cl bottles complete with a snazzy wooden stand. Nose: Malt loaf with salted butter, nutty barley leading into walnuts and vanilla fudge.
Palate: Candied peels and jammy sultanas, more walnuts, scones with cream and jam, a kick of cassia and ginger.
Finish: A warm finish of cooked orchard fruits and baking spice.
