The Japanese Bitters has taken the aromatic yuzu fruit and packed it all into these citrusy bitters! The yuzus are harvested in the Tokushima prefecture in southern Japan. It works surprisingly well in ale as well as in sour cocktails.

The Japanese Bitters is the world's first domestically produced aromatic bitters. The Japanese Bitters Bitters is crafted from carefully selected high quality materials from all over Japan, including kelp, bonito flakes, and dried shiitake mushrooms, which contain the most umami components. The balance between each ingredients and citrus is created to the finest attention to details.
